Today is the arrival day for all attendees. For those flying into the area, the closest airports to Miraval Berkshires Resort & Spa are Albany International Airport (56 miles) or Hartford's Bradley International Airport (66 miles).
Miraval Berkshires is located at 55 Lee Rd., Lenox, MA 01240. Valet or self-parking is complimentary on site upon arrival.
**Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed however if you arrive early and your room is not ready, Miraval invites guests to come on property as early as 11:00 am on your check-in date to take advantage of activities, services, and lunch, which starts at 11:30 am. If needed, the Front Desk team can store your luggage prior to check-in.
5:30-6:00pm - Welcome Gong Ceremony.
6:30-9:30pm - Welcome Reception. Join the group tonight for dinner and drinks in the Cranwell Ballroom to kick off a great week in The Berkshires. More details to follow.

6:00-7:00pm - Join us for Cocktail Hour in the Music & Tea room located in the Mansion right on property!
7:00-9:00pm - Dinner will immediately follow the Cocktail Hour in the Cranwell Ballroom.

Today's meetings will end at 12:00 PM. We recommend checking out of the resort prior to today's meetings as the check out time is at 11:00 AM. The Front Desk team at Miraval can store your luggage after you check out.
